A variety that is present in all Spain, being most abundant in Cordoba.
Agronomic characteristics:
Vigorous, requires loose and little fertile soil. Sensitive to drought. Preferable long pruning.
Oenological characteristics:
White wines, dry, elegant and balanced. There are nuances depending on the soil, vintages and growing conditions.
