Variety of Spanish origin. Cultivated in the zone of Catalonia and la Rioja.

Agronomic characteristics:

Vigorous variety, erect form. Sensitive to drought. It is very productive so you must control the load on pruning. Accept the majority of the rootstock, but better with less force.

Oenological characteristics:

Produces quality wines, fruity, balanced, light and aroma very fine, mellow and elegant. Alcohol medium (10-11). Used for the production of fine dry white table wine and is one of the varieties that produce cava.
